Spatial intelligence and dynamic environments through generative design

At the heart of the proposal is the idea of creating a customized campus that offers its people a stimulating, healthy, and biophilic environment for work, meetings, and leisure. A living and transformative ecosystem in which people, nature, and technology coexist in a dynamic, constantly evolving balance. A true manifesto of Cineca's corporate culture, a strategic partner for digital transformation, a national and international point of reference for supercomputing, and a key player in European policies, rooted in the economic fabric of the region for the development of local ecosystems.

Future-oriented spatial intelligence / Flexible and adaptive spaces
The project proposes intelligent, adaptive spaces based on the Activity-Based Working (ABW) model. This approach develops diversified environments based on the type of activity performed.

Holistic approach to sustainability / Well-being and the environment at the center
The project adopts a holistic approach to sustainability that focuses on human well-being and an efficient and sustainable building-system, both economically and operationally.

Generative design and technical-constructive optimization / Designing the future
The project integrates computational generative design with the aim of optimizing environmental and context-specific conditions, maximizing the presence of greenery, ensuring maximum adaptability of spaces, and fostering technical efficiency.
