Our story

Oblyk Studio was founded in 2019 by Stefano Andreani, after spending a decade in the United States working on high-profile international projects and teaching at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. With offices in Bergamo and Boston, the Studio provides solutions to contemporary architectural and urban issues.
Bringing her experience in business strategy and organizational development, in 2021 Emma Niccolini joins Oblyk as a partner, further expanding the Studio expertise along with growing projects and challenges.

And we continue to do so. Every day we work hard to improve the world we want to live in, holding true to our mission that architecture can activate change for a positive impact on our lives.

Founder of Oblyk Studio, Stefano is an Architect & Engineer with extensive professional and academic experience in the United States, Europe and Asia.
He leverages on a decade of advanced research at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and innovative practice in Boston as well as international collaborations with renowned firms including Rafael Moneo Studio, MVRDV and CZA-Cino Zucchi Architects. With a forward-looking attitude, his purpose is to design solutions that will improve the built environment and the life quality of its inhabitants.

Emma Niccolini accordion-plus accordion-minus

Partner of Oblyk, Emma brings to the studio her expertise in business management. Entrepreneurial and imaginative, before joining Oblyk she graduated at Bocconi University and worked in the organizational development and retail departments of EssilorLuxottica. Strategy, people, and multidisciplinary projects are her daily bread. Her mission: constantly looking for new business ideas and process improvements that inject new life and opportunities into the studio.
